Episode 7 – The handover of the keys
It is now three quarters of a year since Johanna and Bernhard dreamed of their own house on the meadow that then became their property. Now it has become reality and the handover of the keys is imminent.
“We have been super accompanied from the beginning – that is, from the planning phase to today, when we are waiting for the key,” Johanna is pleased about the positive process. Bernhard is particularly impressed by the speed with which her project was completed: “In our settlement there are both timber frame and solid construction projects. With our building project we finally overtook all the solid builders and that is of course a big advantage. You are much quicker and of course you can move in sooner.”
The project was definitely a challenge for the site manager during assembly, as the site location is very exposed and thus more exposed to wind and weather. But experience, precise work and a professional assembly team ensured that everything went smoothly.
Managing Director Thomas Scheriau is delighted with Johanna and Bernhard: “We at ZENKER are very proud to be able to make another building family happy with Johanna and Bernhard. Personally, it is a special concern for me to be present at the handover of the house myself on one or two occasions. We wish Johanna and Bernhard, who have now moved into their own home, all the best.
